Mahdy Kotb has almost 40 years of very valuable experiences of oil & gas industries 30 years working for Schlumberger though all the oilfield different segments and expert levels in different countries.

He started his career in Well testing field operations, Instructor and management.

He moved through production & reservoir engineering, open hole / cased hole logging, integrated oil field management, well completion and productivity management, ended by artificial lift management and managing director for one of Schlumberger companies.

Having worked in several jobs, segments & countries all over the world and being in charge of operations, marketing and management in regional levels with Schlumberger gave him very strong technical, managerial, legal and financial experiences.

He also after the 30 years with Schlumberger and before joining Saknafta he worked for Artificial lift company as MEAP Regional manager, worked for Edgo group as Regional manager for oilfield services and Kuwait Energy operations company as vice president for production and operations to round his experiences in operating and developing producing fields.

He spent 5 years as CEO of Saknafta where he used his very valuable experiences to turn Saknafta from a local losing company to a very profitable local company with international performances.
