Shaker Leadership Foundation is a pioneering value-driven NGO working to enhance the societal Leadership capabilities, through collaborative process of personal & organizational transformation. We believe organizations and communities will be transformed only when the hearts & minds of leaders & individuals are.
We are a non-profit specialized educational entity, working voluntary on 3 main pillars:
1- Preparing change leaders for tomorrow
2- Helping incapable & stumbled organizations
3- Sharing in positive Culture Transformation.
Shaker Leadership Foundation is an extension to Landmark & Company Think Tank; as the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) arm, exclusively self-funded, yet open for cooperation & volunteering participation. As we believe in engaging individuals, organizations and communities to create significant transformational leadership journeys.
Landmark & Company started in 2008 as a for-profit consultancy firm and expanded into several branches with different specialties working in Transformation management, business analytics & Assessments.
It was the time in 2022 to take a decision & concentrate more on social work & adding-value for the community. It is a very critical time to join forces & activate partnerships to share positively in counteracting the current Global problems that touches all governments & societies, and to have a proactive sense of adding-value in our educational areas of concern; as Leadership & Culture Transformation.
And so we decided to gather all our branches & consolidate them under the big umbrella of Shaker Leadership Foundation which is a self-funded NGO (Without external donors) & all its initiatives will be supported through Landmark & Company own profits. And all its social educational initiatives will be provided through our esteemed consultants & partners.
Shaker Leadership Foundation is intending to help leaders, governments, and non-profit organizations assess their leadership capabilities and engage in development processes that enable them achieve their fullest potential. Leaders will be equipped and empowered to lead changes that radically leverage the performance of their organizations.
Shaker Leadership Foundation aims to inspire, empower and connect regional cohorts of change-makers to accelerate positive and lasting change in their communities and throughout their region. We offer practical leadership capability-building programs for culture change, leadership coaching, and small group support. And we target leaders from a wide variety of territories, work across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, and address a full range of social impact issues.
Shaker Leadership Foundation aims to share positively in the Egyptian & Middle-Eastern advancement & positive Transformation, by spreading the concepts of Advanced Leadership and Transformation sciences throughout all the top executives and management levels. These transformational efforts will take place at the cultural level; which will prepare leaders to be experts in transformation and prepare people and public sectors officers to acquire change and advancement.

Dr. Mohamed Shaker is an International Author, Thought-Leader, Scientific Innovator, Culture & Leadership Modeler, Blue-Ocean Entrepreneur, Disruptive Marketer and Visionary Transformation Advisor. He holds his Doctorate Degree DBA in the specialty of Change Leadership & Organizational Culture Transformation from the British Royal College, London & a Master’s degree MBA in the specialty of Marketing from Ecole Supérieure Libre Des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées, Paris & primary he had his Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Science from Cairo University.

Dr. Mohamed Shaker has a blended Practical & Academic experiences in Business/Management experience in diversified areas of organizational development; starting from family business contribution, moving to professional corporate working (International/National) organizations and ended with Innovation, Entrepreneurship & consultation experiences in Strategic Marketing, Organizational Development ,Strategy Consulting ,Change Leadership & Culture Transformation Advisory. He had also different academic lecturing & cooperation experiences with many international universities.
